Have you ever thought why you choose to sit next to a person you know or like?
Simple. It’s because it makes you feel comfortable, it makes you feel safe and you don’t have to worry.
The same goes for your workplace:
If you get along with your coworkers, if you feel that people around you care about you and that your work is appreciated by both co workers and your boss, then you will simply like what you are doing and like being there.
But what if this is not the case?
If you can not feel comfortable at your workplace, then you will also get distracted. Probably, you’ll start worrying about the issue with your co worker, you start worrying if your boss likes you, you will question if this is what you want to do in your life and you will start looking around because you don’t feel protected and safe anymore.

It is important that both employees and employers understand the importance of the group spirit and that everybody feels comfortable and protected in order to achieve something together. As a group.
This will not just provide the right circumstances to focus better and boost productivity but it will make everybody happier and enjoy being at work.
